In May 2002 Nylstroom Toyota installed the SMARTFUEL system.

Knowing the system for the past 16 months, the software used enables the Forecourt to be managed more efficiently.

Electronic tags are functional, efficient and reliable with a long service life.   The tags have added the advantage that with client supervision, fraudulent transactions and abuse can be eliminated.

The system facilitates cash control through individual transaction records.   Security over cash on hand is improved by the system prompting the cashier that a specified amount of cash has been received, and prompts them to exercise a money drop.

Customers are very satisfied with the system and making use of accounts flexibility due to the fact that a credit limit for the individual vehicles can be specified and can be effectively controlled.

Reprinting of transaction slip, account lookup or any debtor's enquiries can be done while the client is waiting.

Stock control, changing of prices, insert of new stock can be done in a very short time at the BackOffice. With the Upgrading last month stocktaking is more controllable now and user friendly to attendants.

Ever since the system has been introduced, friendly and efficient backup service and faultfinding assistance has minimized down time of the system.   This is a valuable asset.
