- It has a good accounting system. The debtors can be blocked off, Leaving a board outside could make the customer feel embarrassed, & sometimes the attendants forget about the sign and this could end up as an expense to the garage. There is no need for manual entries. Customers can be given their monthly consumption at no extra cost. There is no room for human error because both Customers & Attendants have tags. Debtors transactions can be re-allocated at any time. Month end statements can be printed at any time, not necessarily at the end of the month. You can put a notice in the end of month statement, for example a Sale. There is also a balance grid (You can see all the accounts on one screen.) There is a facility that allows you to enter the accounts manually if the program does go down. You can set a limit for a debtor that wont allow him to pump more petrol if he has reached that set limit, which means that you wont lose money. There is one screen that allows you to do all the accounting work (eg. see how much a customer owes you and take a payment off.)
- Stolen Tags: If the tag gets stolen there is no way a guy can commit fraud because he wont know what its for, & even if he does know, he wont know which site the tag belongs to.
- Dips: In this section there is also one screen to do everything (eg. Variance Reports, Monthly Reports, Purchases, etc.) You can see the dip readings at anytime, you don't have to wait for shift ends. Fuel orders can be done with reference points. The system can automatically remind us when we need to order more fuel.
- Attendants Tags: You can set bonuses for the attendants by the amount of customers they help. When new employees start working they normally get hassled by the so-called 'Old Dogs'. But with the tagging system and the bonuses set we will find that all the employees fight to give the customers service, and this is very good for the dealer as the customers will see how eager the employees are to give them good service.
- Shop: You can view what products you have in the shop (Barcode, How much you have in stock, Cost Price, Selling Price, etc.) You will be able to view when your quietest week of the month is. You can also programme the system to run a special for a specific product at anytime.
- Shift Sales: We can see how many litres of petrol have been sold, items in the shop that have been sold, quantity that have been sold. There is one screen for everything (Cost price, Selling price, & Mark-up price.)
- Terminal Status. We can see how much a current terminal has sold, How many items it has.
- Attendants not working hard enough: If there is an attendant that isn't proving himself good enough, by not averaging as much as the rest of the attendants we can ask him to leave and if there is a problem we can prove to the reunion by past records how he has been performing compared to the rest of the attendan ts.
- Speed Point: When a speed point sale is done we can identify which attendant served, so that if the bank has to return it we will then know who served the customer.
- Cashier: The cashier won't do any work besides collect the payments. The system is very user friendly towards the cashier in a way that they wont open or close the pumps and they wont have to do any balance of shifts or accounts.
- Tag Check: Tags can be blocked at any time. If the tag is found we can go back and see whom it belongs to.
- Mechanical Readings: You can manually enter a reading on a pump and it will tell you whether or notit is correct. So if there is a problem with the mechanical reader and the attendant enters the wrong reading the system will pick it up, so we wont lose out.
- Price Changes: The price change can be done automatically. You don't have to go out everytime there is a price change late at night to go and manually enter the new prices.
